Vostokov has also authored several books on pattern-driven software diagnostics and problem solving, debugging, memory dump and software trace analysis. He has more than 20 years of experience in software architecture, design, development and maintenance in variety of industries including various leadership, technical and people management roles. Dmitry also founded OpenTask Iterative and Incremental Publishing and Software Diagnostics Services (former Memory Dump Analysis Services). In his spare time he presents various topics on Debugging TV and explores Software Narratology, an applied science of software stories that he pioneered.
