Crash Dump Analysis Patterns (Part 42g)

In addition to LPC / ALPC wait chains we can also see RPC chains in complete memory dumps and even mixed (A)LPC / RPC chains. How to distinguish RPC from (A)LPC (and RPC over LPC) threads?
