New planned book about .NET debugging
This is a forthcoming book about .NET debugging seen in a wider context than .NET runtime environment (CLR). There is the whole new generation of .NET software developers, designers and architects thinking in terms of managed code and associated concepts. However CLR runs in unmanaged environment which finally interfaces with native code. Therefore understanding unmanaged and native code is vital for successful debugging of real customer problems. My favorite is MS Word. Any software that produces PDF can be used. For individuals the good option is lulu.com where you can submit PDF, choose format, design your cover and print even the single copy without paying hundreds of dollars or euro. My first copy cost me only 20 euro including delivery. Publishers with many books like myself can access POD manufactures directly but for you lulu.com might be the ideal solution to try and start. I’ll publish a blog post soon describing the whole process in more detail.
