Citrix server "hang"

Hi,
Í'm currently investigating server hangs at a Citrix environment from a customer. All 12 Citrix servers randomly hang about once or twice a day. Only solution is to power off/on the machine to get it working again.
Yesterday I activated crash on ctrl-scroll lock, today one of the admins send me a memory dump file (it was only 300 MB, while 22 session where logged in... maybe a long time until ctrl-scroll lock was pressed?)
I suspect one of the applications that is running, but, since I'm a real noob in dump file analysis, I really don't know where to start. I read some of your articles, and tried a few commands in windbg, but I really don't have a clue of hat I see.
Could you give me some hints?
Cheers,
Rob
